Today is the day you decide to be happy.
- Do something that you enjoy, something that puts a smile on your face.
- Do something that makes some one else happy.
- Be selfless. Have the courage to stand up for another person.
- Pay somebody a compliment. Be nice
- Love yourself. Flaws and all.
It’s easier to focus on negativity, sadness and hate, but it’s more fulfilling to pursue happiness. It might be harder, but try to make it one day at a time.
